Frequently Asked Questions
1. Can I submit more than one film?
Yes. You’re welcome to submit as many films as you want. You will need a separate entry form and fee for each film you submit.
2. Can I enter if I live outside Australia?
Yes! Ignite is open to anyone and everyone in Australia and overseas.
3. Is there an age limit for entering a film?
No, but if you're under 18 you'll need to get an adult to sign the entry form for legal reasons.
4. How tough is the 5 minute time limit?
Very! Tough for some we know, but we have put the time limit in place for many reasons.
6. Can you recommend somewhere to hire equipment?
If you’re in Sydney, one place we’d suggest is Metroscreen. They have a whole host of gear available for hire at reasonable rates. If you want high end gear and have more of a budget, you could try Digihire. Otherwise, just check out the yellowpages or do a google search.
